my problem is my computer will randomly freeze and lockup, sometimes blue screening but not always

my info is: system error category 102, ID 1003

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 8060dead, parameter3 b42c2c8c, parameter4 00000000.

i hope this the information you need, otherwise ill have to wait for the next blue screen to get the dump info.

All you can solidly get firm this is you have had an error occur somewhere in your system.

We could really do wit the dump file to give you a solid answer. If it comes up again then paste the log file here.

However the previous mini dump should still be on your system unless you have deleted it.

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and look for the most recent one. They are names according to the date produced so find that and attach it to the post.
