Random restarts -event id 1003 -system error

Category 102, Win XP SP2 updated with latest patches
Random restarts, I got this in the event viewer:


Error code 000000f4, parameter1 00000003, parameter2 82b9b940, parameter3 82b9bab4, parameter4 805fa160.

Any idea what it means?
 
Right click my computer, select properties -> advanced tab -> startup and recovery settings button -> under system failure uncheck automatically restart.

Now replicate the fault again and this time it shouldn't reboot but show you a BSoD error. Note down all the info on this screen and post back here with it.

Also attach minidump files, see the minidumps sticky at the top of the forum for more info.

Done so, see the attached screen shots of the blue screen. Also the minidumps attached to the original post.

I actually ran the memtest

For about 20 minutes with no problem,
Do I need to run it more?

Is it for sure the RAM chips? cause I dont want to buy new ones and still have the problem...
