Random shut down and wont restart

    I just got back home from a trip, and went to use my acer aspire 8930g laptop. It worked for about 5-10 minutes and just shut down on me. I can't seem to get it to start back up. I plug in the charger and it doesn't seem to appear to be giving any charge to the laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

    One of my friend had a similar problem once with his laptop. It turned out to be a battery fault. The best thing to do is get it replaced or the problem with persist. But keep in mind with new battery that whenever you new battery, pls allow to fully charge and Discharge of the battery. Otherwise the life of battery will be shorten if it is not fully utilized.
