Random shutdowns on Lenovo Z560

i have purchased a lenovo z560 laptop before 1 year.
its warranty period is over. And i got a trouble of rendomly shutdown of my laptop.

this is the requirement of laptop:

2 gb DDR3 RAM
500 GB HDD
intel core i3 M350 2.27 GHz

please give me solution of this problem.I m tired of this problem.I can't work properly due to this problem.

Any suggestion would be well.

Take it to a local shop to have it looked at...

I have shown to a local engineer, he told me that he open my laptop n clean it out, but it still continuesly irritating me. so please help me and suggest me some other option to get solve this problem. i m getting so much trouble due to this

Can you do a clean re-install of Windows? Most laptops have a restore function controlled by hitting an F key at the start of the boot process
