Realtek 81XX ethernet card not pulling IP Windows 7

I recently reinstalled my Windows 7 pro on a new hard drive in my Alienware R3. All of a sudden the card is not pulling an IP. All my other systems work, I have tried direct connect to the router, deinstalled the driver rebooted and clean installed it again all to no avail. I start an online school program on Monday and now I am DEPESPERATE to get this to work. Wi-Fi is SLOW!
