Realtek audio driver error

  1. So i have XP sp2 and all components work but the audio hardware not :|
    I tried to instal the driver but it didn't work.Almost at the ending it crashes and saying :"Install Realtek HD Audio driver failure!"
    In bios is activated audio HD realtek.What could it be ? i instaled win2kxp to that i founded on the original cd but it doesn't work.

    Ok maybe the driver isn't good so roll back the driver and install this one it is the latest driver from Realtek for HD Audio Device release the 20th August. Download

    If the problem continue just come back and put a reply.

    I did what simisker did and it worked...unistaling some drivers and them worked! thx for this forum :D
