Realtek cannot start error 10

I have no sound on my PC . I used to have before but I don't have now . Any ideas :S HELP

I ran msinfo32 and found this error :
Realtek Ac '97 Audio Pci/Ven_878 etc... This Device cannot Start

What are your PC's specs? A desktop or laptop?
