I'm on Asus running vista. Ran memory diagnosis once but found no problems and I can't turn it off ever since, except to use "Esc" each time at start up. Anyone has any clue how to disable this and let me enjoy the Asus as it was before the stupid test? I have tried system restore to no avail.

    Hi
We need more information on this problem.
What memory diagnostics did you run? was it Windows memory test? Memtest?

    Laptop? Desktop? Type, number?

Have you tried anything to solve the problem?

    Help, please

When I reboot it always comes to the same screen and I cant get out of it.
Its a test memory , test system diagnostics. I can hit escape to get rid of the problem and reboot but those test show up again, again and again when restarting windows.

    ASUS gs2 a4 laptop.
    Vista.

You should be able to turn off these tests in System Bios Setup screen

Just as the system is booting up, you should see a prompt like DEL
