I am running Windows 2000 and it had reboot twice of my OS in a day.

There is no error or warning, the computer just reboots itself.

This is the error I see in the System Event Log:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xbfe0b8da, 0x00000000, 0x44454148). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini042909-01.dmp.

    Faulting driver is: nv4.sys

This may help, but I'm not sure if Win2K is supported (I think no)
Anyway, you just need to uninstall your graphics drivers and re-install the latest ones available
