Red Alert error on XP

    Hi everybody,

    my name is philip and i'm from germany.I wanted to play Red Alert 1 on my XP computer. I already installed it and updated it with the patch,but when I launch the game 5 seconds later there comes an application error who says:"an privilegend instruction was executed at address 005c7c14" So I can't play RA 1.Do anybody know what this error means?and how can I fix it?please give me an very exact answer :)
