Red icon virus

Hi! I have this red shield icon in the lower right corner on my computer screen.It says that my computer is infected and so on. It's a fake windows icon with an X on it.

Now, I've read about it here and there and tried some things, though they didnt work.

My virusprogram (NOD32) Pops up all the time and alerts me of different trojans and trojan downloaders, which I remove via NOD32.

But please, help me get rid of this C***!

Should you decide to clean your computer, please go ahead to Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions and follow the steps to cleaning your computer.
Do follow all the instructions exactly.

Thereafter, please post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread.
