Inactive Redirect virus - please help :(

I have to believe I something is hijacking my router or some other hardware because I reformatted and its still on my desktop AND it effected my wireless laptop without being connected to my desktop... anyway, please advise... I cant afford to buy a new PC, Thanks! ~ken
