Redirected google searches go to spam sites

If i search for "cheese" on google, the top searches come up as "cheapcars.com" or something like that.

I see the status bar on the lower left first loading something like "7.7.7" (an ip address?) before it loads the google spam results.

I have followed the 8 steps listed. attached are my files.

The logs give the appearance that the infection was handled. You offered two runs of MBAM with markedly different execution times and the number of scanned objects. If problems are still present a more powerful scanner may be needed.

For this situation, Rescan with MBAM and SAS to obtain a clean status or something that cannot be cleaned.

Restart the computer and scan with HJT.

Post logs and describe results.

If clean, then Establish a new clean restore point and Clear your existing System Restore points:

• New
  • Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore>
  • Select Create a restore point> OK.
• Clear Old
  • go to Start > Run > cleanmgr > Select the More options tab >
  • Choose the option to clean up System Restore > OK
    • 
      This will remove all restore points except the new one you just created.
