Redirected to unwanted web pages after a google search

    Hi...I'm a new user and need a bit of help. Nearly every time I do a google search and I click on a link that I want, I get a pop-up screen sending me to various sites...mattsearch, info.com, etc...they keep redirecting over and over again and it's become really annoying. Not to mention that my browser (IE7) is running quite slow. I have attached an HJT file...can somebody please help?
