Referenced Memory Error

When closing internet explorer, I occasionally recieve a message "The instruction at "0x000000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate program". What does this mean and how can I resolve the problem? It does not affect any other programs that I know of and it does not happen everytime I close IE. I have IE6 sp2. Please help!
