Regedit and CMD wont run

  1. Ok... I think its probably a virus or something but i was wonderingif it can b fixed.
Im running WinXP SP2 and whenever i try 2 access Regedit (Registry editor) or CMD (Command promt) it shows this message "Regedit is not a valid Win32 Application" and the same for CMD.

I know that they r valid Win32 Applications cause if i copy them somewhere else they work fine.
I know that there is nothing running in the background cause ive checked "Processes" and they are all the correct things, nothing suspicious:suspiciou
Any help would b apreciated, thanx!
