I had Windows xp pro on my computer, and I formatted the drive and Installed xp home edition and now my 500gb hard drive says its only 128gb no matter what i do. but if i boot from my xp pro cd it recognizes the rest of the hard drive but then i take it out and boot up OR try to reformat it again it says its only a 128gb again no matter what I do, and now i'm clueless.

All my hardware is the same as before the reinstall, and my call of duty 4 isn't working correctly, plus when i start a match on medieval total war 2 my entire computer cuts off.. It didn't do any of this before the reinstall.

Now the big question! Does it matter that I used a DELL recovery CD to do the install of xp home edition? This may be a dumb question lol but I'm not sure. Cause I can never find an original windows xp home edition cd any where unless I buy one with a CD key which I don't need.
