Reinstall XP dynamic drive

Hi,

I'm not new in installing and maintaining PC's, but it's first time I come across a PC with XP and dynamic drive. I read about the dynamic drives and how to create them, but I'm not shure what will happen to it if I reinstall XP, which is not on the same physical drive as the dynamic drive.

My questions are:

1. Do I install XP regularly as there is no dynamics drives or there is some special way to do it and keep the dynamic drive?

2. Will the dynamic drive be recognized after the new installation of XP?
