Can I Use a Japanese WinXP pro retail Product Key with a retail English retail xp pro disc answer would help thanks

Yes... in reverse...
You can install a Japanese Windows XP Professional product key using an English retail XP Professional disk. Normally, the same as any where else...
The product titles have to match... upgrade vs upgrade, Home Premium vs Home Premium, Professional vs Professional.
