Since our crashes relate to going on the Internet, mostly where we are interacting with a website such as a gaming site, I think our issue is with Iexplorer, as I have run the 8 steps virus removal etc., so many times and haven't found anything.

Of course, it may be the actual gaming site itself that is at fault, and not our computer, and it seems to have something to do with their ads, although the screen also crashes when I complete one level of a game and I move on to the next and when the screen changes to the new level it just freezes.

Are there any free, reliable iexplorer fixes I can try please?
