repeating c:\windows\system32\...... missing message

Can anyone help me? After 2 or 3 days working properly, 2 assembled machines refused to start XP pro showing the message above. I reffered to micrsosoft`s bulletin first and fixed the problem as they suggested using the recovery console. That did solve the problem, BUT for another 2 or 3 days. Then that happened again!!! Today third computer came in such state. I`m out of ideas. Please, please help me!!!!!
