  1. I have vista and have had many problems, especially with internet and networking. I want to replace it with XP Pro, of which I have a copy.

Will I lose all my added programs and files?

This XP Pro that I have is on 2 computers. HOw many times can I use it?

    Thanks

You will lose your programs unless they are very simple ones that can run as standalone programs without needing to be installed. Files... depends on how you install XP, format and install will obviously kill them, install with filesystem intact will keep them. But that will involve installing XP on top of Vista which is going to be UGLY. Better off just backing up your files first before you go killing Vista.

Unless you paid for a multi user lisence for XP you are already illegal by having it on 2 machines at once.
