Replacing Dell Dimension E521 PSU?

Firstly, hello to all here at Techspot forums!

I have 2 questions.

1.) I want to upgrade the PSU in my Dell Dimension E521 from the measly 305W to something like 500-600W. Is this even possible with my PC? If so, which PSU would be best?

2.) I also plan on buying a GeForce 9600GT if I can get a new PSU. Would this card fit in my PC?

Yes you can - just decide what company you prefer then the size of the psu (dual rail 12v or whatever) and then go to their site and ask them what the dimensions are - look at the picture and verify it is accurate so that the power plug hole etc fits.
