Reputable DVD decoder

By DarrellCoe

  1. I am running Windows XP and upgraded to Windows Media Player 11, recommended by a friend because I originally was running WMP 9. I have an informational disk created in a UDF format. When I insert it in the PC, the dialog box comes up with the appropriate options, i.e. Run on Windows Media Player. Choosing this option returns aother dialog box indicating that I need a DVD decoder. I have checked the Techspot web site and it offers a number of options. It is far too confusing for this user. Can anyone recommend a DVD decoder, shareware or freeware that I can run on my computer that will allow me to view this informational disk?
