Require help with removal. Details within post

  1. This morning, I was navigating the web on Firefox when suddenly pages refused to load. I closed it out through task manager. Everytime I would open it and attempt to open pages such as Facebook and Gmail, it would stop loading. Attempting to navigate to any other page afterwards would yield the same results.

    So next, I tried Internet Explorer. I could open the previous pages. However, when I would do searches on google, I would get redirected to pages that were obviously the kind you get redirected to by malware.

    Attached are the logs from the 8-step process. Any help would be much appreciated.
