Reset BIOS Dell C400

I need to reset the password of a C400. I use to go to Paragon33 web site but it is not available any more.

Does anyone know how to reset the C400 Password?

The problem Dells did not come along until after the Dell Latitude C400
Do a Gurgle search for Dell Latitude C400 Password for much more information.
