I have an HP Stream Notebook PC 13 which I tried to reset to factory defaut settings.
After the device continually stated that there was not enough space to carry out the operation I with great difficulty deleted all that was possibile until I had to delete some c: windows files to free up enough space for the process to begin which it did.
The only problem is that it's now over 8 hours and it still shows the busy icon.
I presume something is wrong.
If I force it off and restart it it says preparing for automatic reset then goes on to System diagnostics and complains the system has not started up correctly and there is no way out of this.
What is the best course of action, I appologize for the long description!!
