Restart Problem

Hello to all Members of Techspot
i here by state my problem any one who will participate or been through this problem please help and will appreciated atmost...


When i have Push my PC case power button it starts for seconds and then restarts
i all happens before Intels Logo that come when we usually turn on our PC .when this process is done twice and then i start my computer again it works well .please help
its been 2-4 days i have been facing this problem never seem before...Is it a mobo problem..

Try replacing the power supply

i have just purchased cooler master 460w power supply one week back
my pc configuration
core 2 duo e4500 2.2ghz
intel dg33fb mobo
kingston kvr 2 gb ram 667mhz
gigabyte 4850 1gb card.
asus quie track 16x dvdrom
one 120mm fan for cooling card

dont u think cm460 is enough for all these
but will still check it out ..
now this problem happens once in a day rest of the day pc runs fi9...
