Restarts all the time

I have stripes on my screen, and then there is a blue screen. It also restarts all the time....

I can't particularly help you in this situation but I wanted to suggest making your title more descriptive in the future, to attract more knowledgeable people who can assist you.

Can someone help?
I have white stripes on my screen and then it goes blue and restarts all the time....
I need my PC to do all my work, so I would be very happy if someone could help.

TheLegion, is this a laptop? If it is, the video chip on the motherboard may be bad. Try attaching an external monitor and see if the video on the external is the same as the laptop screen
