Restarts When Loading Windows

When I boot my computer that I just built when it gets to loading windows part the bar moves about 3 clicks or spots across then it reboots. I am using my old hard drive that worked fine. It has windows on it from my old computer that wasnt even old just needed new every thing.

Im pretty sure you can get serious messed up ness if you try to put a windows from one comp to another because of hardware issues. I wish you could do that though . I MAY be wrong however...
