Restore Dimension 2350 to factory without disc

Hey all
I want to donate this computer to a friend who cant afford. But i want to give it to him like factory new. Ctr+ F11 just gives me a keyboard error. Without a disc, is there another way?

Go to Dell Support and download and burn the drivers for that model to a CD disc. You can downoad and burn these files on any computer... Programs may not be available except from a Restore disk directly from Dell
