Resume incompleted downloads using DAP

Hello

A couple of weeks ago I started downloading using Mozilla Firefox browser almost 20 files, each having a size approx between 1.5 and 2 GB. I live in Lebanon and have limited speed limited quota per month.
Just now I realized that all those download are broken even though I have already deleted the links from the download box of mozilla (dunno if not deleting them would have helped)
So the source I was downloading is a server where direct downloading is possible, resuming is possible etc,...
My question is, is it possible to somehow continue the download of all these files (since I cannot afford the time and quota to re download the files from the beginning) using any download manager? In my case I mostly use DAP...?
