I have noticed (when running Ad-Aware SE) that most of my spyware (I even search for negligible objects as well) come from within the browser cache. My question is if there is any way to prematurely clear the cache at any given time? Thank you in advance for any help given :) .

If you have zone alarm, you can configure it to clear the cache automatically.

You can also limit the temp folder size in IE to 1MB, unfortunately you cannot set it to 0

There are batch files floating around where it clears the temp files and cache

Thanks for the information, I'll do that (limit the size).

Use this tiny little program (free download):

    http://www.stevengould.org/software/cleanup/

Everyone should have this program! It cleans all cache and temp files and the best thing about it is it is not profile specific; it will clean every single temp and cached file on your Hard Drive.

I run it alot and the first time I ran it on my PC it free'd up 1.3GB space!

    Try it and see :grinthumb
