I hope someone can help with this. I have been playing roller coaster tycoon on my HP laptop with Windows XP. After several days of playing, one day it decided it wouldn't boot up the game. I click on it to run it, the screen goes black, giggles, and then it minimizes it and I'm back at my desktop. It started doing this intermittently, sometimes if I restarted the computer or ejected the cd and popped it back in it would work, but now it only works 1 out of about 10-20 attempts.
To top it all off, I received Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 in the mail today, installed it and the first time I tried to play it, same thing. Won't run.
Does anyone have any idea WTF is wrong with this stupid computer? It just makes no sense that the game would work perfectly for a week and then start acting up. Also this computer is not connected to the internet so I don't think it's a virus. Please help!--DT
