    hi. i am pregunta and a new kid on the block. can someone help me with steam and their rome total war (total failure loading) and directx 9 issue?
    i have rome from steam. i have windows xp professional. i have directx. i have no download.
    if you can help, my thanks to you!. oh. i tried the un-install and re-install thing.
    it does not work.
