Thats a great bit of mud in the eye of anyone who tries to say Apple Macs are flawless. The email from their customer service is absolutely awful - if a customer asks for an immediate fix they are offered a refund. If they give contact details they can have a replacement lcd panel. It sounds like if a customer doesn't cause enough problems on the phone will get dismissed.
