Rumor: Windows 8 to feature tile-based shell, new app model

  1. A fresh rumor has trickled out saying that Windows 8 will include a new tile-based user interface, codenamed Mosh, as well as a new app model, codenamed Jupiter, that will target a new Windows Marketplace app store. Here's what Winsupersite had to say:

    "Windows 8 will have a marketplace just like the WP7"

    What if you are just an ordinary guy with a big idea, the marketplace is the only way to compete with the big software companies.


    So people, better master your Silverlight (C# + XAML) code and your XNA coz you will make money soon..
     
  3. Old News: Windows 8 will be playing catch-up with all the other guys out there who are way ahead of them in the OS, tablet and phone market (Apple and Google etc) by expropriating all there ideas.
