Welcome to TechSpot We don't use HijackThis to 'screen' a system. You have also not given us any information:

    What is the error?
    When do you get it?
What are you trying to do when you get the error?
    What problem is it causing?

Recommend you not use and uninstall the Uniblue [RegistryBooster]: Most of us don't recommend using a Registry cleaner.

Also recommend you remove the Ask Toolbar.

When you give me some information, I will be able to determine if you should do the preliminary virus and malware removal scans.

at startup a window pops up that says c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe
windows can not cannot access the specified device, path, or file you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item
this come up at startup and anytime you try to access any of the display settings
it is also causing problems when downloading from world of warcraft

This will be more suited to the Windows OS forum. I am asking the moderator to move the thread there.
