in the task manager under processes, i have 2 rundll32.exe's running. are there supposed to be 2? if not how do i get rid of the one that isnt supposed to be there?

Yep. Many OK programs may and do use rundll32 for their own needs. Then again, if you don't have any known apps of your own running it may be something nasty and you should do a spyware/virus check.

where in the MSConfig to i check to see whats using it? im looking at the startup page and there are three items with rundll32 in their command line: RunDll32 cmicnfg, NvCpl, NVMCTRAY.
