Running slow and helper.sig

I ran the 8 step clean-up process which helped speed things up a lot. However I still get the common folder at startup and it shows helper.sig and the shortcut for the common folder. Have previously followed internet advice on removing it but was not confident altering the registry as the search results for helper.sig confused me. I am techy light but have some experience with registy fixes over the years.

Thanks in advance. I find this site useful and look foreward to helping others in the future.
