  1. elliekorte Newcomer, in training

    when trying to load either of my 2 versions of wordperfect i get the following:

    runtime error

    this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. please contact the applcation's support team for more information.


    i have tried corel's support suggestions and microsoft's hotfix that relates to this message. i still cannot load wordperfect. has anyone else had a similar problem?
