Runtime errors on Windows 7

  1. hi
    ive been having some problems with runtime errors when I try to run .exe files, it comes up with external exception e06d7363 and runtime errors for microsoft visual c++.

    im on windows 7 ultimate, sp1, 32bit, intel pentuim dual e2200 @2.4ghz

    any ideas ive ran mlaware, anti virus and registry cleaners but its still happening.

    I looked in the folder there are no mini dump files?

    Is the device manager clean and free of yellow exclamation points? Are you overclocking? Have you checked the memory?

    no there are no problems in device manager, im not over clocking and I checked memory diagnostic and there were no problems.

    Have you tried do a Windows Restore to an earlier date before the run-time errors started? This might be a program incompatibility problem
