Hi

Well Malwarebytes has updated a few times since you ran it.
So you will need to re-open it and select the update tab, and update it again
And then run another full scan

But before you do, you must un-install AVG7 (this version is now obsolete)
Here is the Removal Tool for that (as it's likely corrupted) http://www.grisoft.cz/filedir/util/avg_arm_sup_____.dir/avgremover.exe

Then download and install the free AntiVirus Avira
And run a full scan

You will then need to re-submit the logs again

Just too much starting with your Windows
Try selecting the icons near the clock on the taskbar, and see if you can turn off lots of things, from Starting with Windows
Here's an excellent tool that will help you a lot: Startup Control Panel

I just can't read that log, the way it presently is

The Startup Control Panel application did clear up unwanted applications for me.
You did not specify which log I needed to upload, but I am reposting my new hijackthis log.

My Avira still picks up on
"Virus or unwanted program 'TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen [trojan]'
detected in file 'C:\System Volume Information\_restore{74955603-1817-4D18-9334-C487E97FF2E5}\RP386\A0058765.dll."

Any suggestions?
