Sagipsul, trojans, firefox popups -- did the 8 step process

Hello, and thanks for any help you'd like to give!

So, I stupidly downloaded/opened a file which was obviously not what it advertised itself to be and ended up with some annoying popups from sagipsul.com and stuff, and according to the malware scans I also have some trojans and adware and things like that. Care to take a look?

Thanks,
-Joe

Update and run Malwarebytes again
Basically it keeps finding and removing hidden Malwares until they are all eliminated (presently they are not:( )

Ok, that's easy enough... hmm yeah, it just found 21 more infected items in the first 15 seconds of the scan.
I guess I don't understand quarantining. What good is moving all the viruses to a different folder if they're still on my computer?

No

Quarantine folder means it cannot hurt your computer
Also they are different Malwares
Keep going :grinthumb (and then. ... Again)

So, I ran Malwarebytes twice, and Superantispyware once. More stuff was found every time. I feel like more trojans are constantly being downloaded onto my machine by the infection that's already on there -- is that even possible? If so, don't I want to stop them from coming onto my machine in the first place, and not just delete them every day?
