For the past few days, I've been getting pop-ups in firefox and windows advertising "advanced anti-virus scanner". I ran the anti-virus/spyware I had installed (AVG/spybot search & destroy) and thought I had fixed the problem, until the pop-ups and crashing returned.
Google led me to this forum, and I followed the 8-steps to rid my computer of this pesky bug. I attached logs, and am wondering if someone can look over them to see if I've fixed it. Also, when running malwarebytes, the program froze half-way through, so I ran it again and have attached both logs.
