Samsung 830 vs Crucial M4 at this price difference?

Alright, so I'm currently tied between the Samsung 830 512 GB and the Crucial M4 512 GB SSD's, and after lots of review reading and internet research I came to the conclusion that the 830 is overall the better drive. The Crucial M4 however is available for me for ~520$ while the 830 goes for ~650$

Now if it was only for the speed difference I'd certainly go with the M4 but seeing as it is a rather old model and the 830 is considered to be the more reliable of the two I just can't make up my mind if it's really worth the price difference. Any help?

I should also tell you specifically that I also want to look at how the drive would stand in say 4 years because that's about the minimum I want to get out of it. That's the main reason that puts me off the older and supposedly a little less reliable Crucial M4, but I just can't decide if 130$ is really what the difference is worth...
