A federal judge ordered Samsung to hand specs, samples, and marketing materials for upcoming Galaxy tablet and Infuse phone products over to Apple. Merits of the case apart, I am not sure Samsung being a non-american company will get much headway in this, but to their credit they are showing some spine by standing up to 800lbs gorilla i.e. Apple.
