Samsung laptop R525 N970, 6GB of RAM installed, 1.5GB usable

Hello everyone. I have recently bought a laptop, samsung R525.
Specs: AMD Phenom II x4 N970/ 6 gb ram DDR3 / 640 gb HDD/ 1 gb dedicated Radeon 6630M + Radeon 4250 onboard / win 7 x64.
You can also look here.

So, all is prefect in this rig except phys. memory, in system properties it says 6 gb installed and (1.5 usable). There are two slots, one has in it 2 gb of ram, another-4gb.
It looks like only 2 gb's stick is used, because 1.5 is usable, other 512 mb are shared with onboard gpu. Where are the other 4 gb is a mystery. Resource monitor shows 4 gb reserved by hardware, but BIOS sees all 6 installed, as well as memtest. I actually tried everything, reinstall ram (didnt swap though), looked at system config where it was unchecked in memory section, pagefile is okay, system is 64x, BIOS doesnt have mem remap feature, but it's a modern BIOS so I guess it's enabled per default. So I'm kinda lost and I want customer support contacted as a last resort. What should I do? update BIOS? or try to change those sticks, but then they ll be turned by side, will it work? I searched hell a lot on that ram topic but nothing was helpful. Thank you and looking forward for your advices.

Bump, still didnt fix that one. I posted same msg in another thread. I left the problem for a year because working with 1.75 was fair enough, but the more demanding stuff comes out, the more I notice how much I need more ram memory. Also, no clue why virtual mem wont cut it, no matter how much I allow it.
