So my monitor is not displaying anything...my CPU indicates that PC has started and my keyboard and mouse also on the lights...but my monitor stays blank...before that from yesterday my monitor was blinking...also I want to add that I have a TV card and when I open the TV then it works fine but when I turn it off the monitor goes black again...I m really confused...is it something to do with my PCs GPU or RAM???plz help...also sorry for my english

Most likely it is the cable. Remove it and re-install. Make sure connectors are fully inserted.
If that does not work, then I would test the monitor and cable on another system. If that works, then it is likely to be the GPU (separate card??). If it doesn't work then it is likely to be the cable or the connection of the cable to the monitor.
Use strong light and magnification.
The trick is to isolate the failed component (I.e., everything works except this part) and to prove it was the broken part by replacing it with a part which works.
Let us know how it goes.
