I have been working on my brothers computer trying to find the source of the problem with no luck. I thought it could be a virus/malware or something of those lines because of how many virus I cleaned up on it using the 8 Steps.
Each time I start up windows in "normal" mode it starts off fine and then the screen goes black as the computer is still running and no way to get it back.
Starting the computer in Safe Mode allows the black screen to not appear. So I was wondering what I could do/post on safe mode since Normal is out of the question. To fix this pesky problem.
So what all can I give you to help?
